Meet Waffles – Our Brave Belgian Malinois from Palmdale
Waffles was saved from the euthanasia list and is now safe at Lup Sanctuary & Rescue. He's currently staying with us for a 30-day training and rehabilitation program. This sweet boy has shown signs of hip issues, and we urgently need to get him a hip X-ray to ensure he gets the care and comfort he deserves.
As a nonprofit, we rely on kind-hearted supporters to continue helping dogs like Waffles. Any donation, big or small, will go directly to his medical care.

Lup Sanctuary is a wolfdog and dog sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating wolf dogs and northern breed dogs at risk of euthanasia. Dogs in need of urgent medical care facing euthanasia. We provide ample space, a river to swim in, and positive behavior modification to help these animals thrive. Our mission is to give these severely neglected and abused canines a second chance at life. Most of our dogs have arrived after being euthanasia listed. They then change into sweet souls in our safe and nurturing environment.
